NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

Each monthly sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on the first (1st) day of the applicable calendar month at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on the last day of that same calendar month at 11:59 PM ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). A new Sweepstakes will begin each calendar month. Specific start and end dates for each Sweepstakes Period will be posted at blacktiecbd.net. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household as such employees are not eligible. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.

HOW TO ENTER

Entrants may obtain entries through any of the following methods during the Sweepstakes Period:

A. PURCHASE METHOD (Online)

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit blacktiecbd.net and make a qualifying purchase. Entries will be automatically awarded based on the total dollar amount of the purchase (excluding taxes, shipping, and any discounts applied), calculated as follows:

• Standard Entry Rate: One (1) entry for every one dollar ($1.00 USD) spent on any qualifying product.
• Bonus Entry Products: Certain products designated by Sponsor as “Bonus Entry Products” for the applicable Sweepstakes Period will earn an enhanced number of entries per dollar spent, as specified on the Website at the time of purchase. Bonus Entry Products and their associated entry rates will rotate each month and will be clearly identified on the Website during the applicable Sweepstakes Period.

For example: If the standard entry rate is 1 entry per $1 spent and an entrant spends $50.00, the entrant will receive fifty (50) entries. If the entrant purchases a designated Bonus Entry Product with a 3x multiplier and spends $50.00 on that product, the entrant will receive one hundred fifty (150) entries.

Entries are awarded based on completed purchases only. Refunded or cancelled orders will have their associated entries voided. Entries are non-transferable.

B. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (“AMOE”) — NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

To receive entries without making a purchase, hand-write your full legal first name, last name, complete mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, telephone number (including area code), date of birth, and email address on a plain 4” x 6” postcard (NO ENVELOPES WILL BE ACCEPTED) and mail it to:

Each valid postcard received will be awarded [15] entries into the applicable month’s Sweepstakes drawing. Postcard entries must be postmarked by the last day of the applicable Sweepstakes Period and received within seven (5) days following the close of that Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

To receive the Bonus Entry rate applicable to any designated Bonus Entry Products for the current Sweepstakes Period via AMOE, hand-write “BONUS ENTRIES” in the bottom left-hand corner of the postcard along with the current month and year. The applicable bonus multiplier will be applied to your base postcard entry count.

AMOE entries are subject to the same entry limits and drawing pool as purchase-based entries. The method of entry does not affect the odds of any individual entry being selected.

LIMIT: No limit on the total number of entries per person during a Sweepstakes Period, provided each entry is obtained through eligible means as described herein.

PRIZES

Grand Prize (1 per monthly Sweepstakes Period): One (1) Black Tie CBD Product Bundle, curated by Sponsor, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of up to $[INSERT AMOUNT] USD. Specific bundle contents will be determined by Sponsor at the time of each drawing and will be disclosed to the Grand Prize winner upon notification.

Runner-Up Prizes ([10] per monthly Sweepstakes Period): Runner-up prizes will vary by Sweepstakes Period and may include, without limitation: discount codes redeemable at blacktiecbd.net, Black Tie CBD product bundles, or other items as designated by Sponsor for the applicable period. The number of runner-up prizes and their ARV will be posted on the Website prior to the start of each Sweepstakes Period.

Total ARV of all prizes per Sweepstakes Period: Up to $4000 USD.

No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the designated prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Tax Liability: All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners with prizes valued at $600.00 USD or greater may be required to complete IRS Form W-9 prior to prize fulfillment.

WINNER SELECTION

One (1) Grand Prize winner and any designated runner-up winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable Sweepstakes Period. Drawings will be conducted on or about the fifth (5th) business day following the close of each Sweepstakes Period by an independent administrator or by Sponsor using a verifiable random selection process. All decisions of the Sponsor are final. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information provided at entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. Potential winners must respond to notification within five (5) business days of the date of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Grand Prize winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within the time period specified in the notification. Failure to comply within the required time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all potential winners and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant: (i) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor; (ii) releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize; and (iii) consents to the use of their name and general location for promotional purposes, where permitted by law, without additional compensation.

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

REGISTRATION AND BONDING NOTICE

If the total ARV of prizes offered in any individual Sweepstakes Period exceeds $5,000 USD, Sponsor will comply with applicable registration and bonding requirements in the states of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, as required by law.

DISPUTES

Except where prohibited by law, all disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually and exclusively by binding arbitration. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of [INSERT STATE], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Winner requests must be received within sixty (60) days of the close of the applicable Sweepstakes Period.

RECORDS RETENTION

Sponsor will retain records of all Sweepstakes prize winners for a minimum of four (4) years following the conclusion of each Sweepstakes Period.

Sponsor reserves the right to update these rules on a monthly basis to reflect changes in prize structure, bonus entry products, and runner-up prize offerings. Material changes will be posted at blacktiecbd.net prior to the start of the applicable Sweepstakes Period.
